To ensure transparency and protect the interests of our valued investors and customers, Astha Nexus Capital Limited has established the following Return and Refund Policy:
1. Investment Refund Conditions:
15-Day Refund Window: An investor may formally request a full refund of their invested amount within 15 days of completing the investment.
Requests After 15 Days: After the initial 15-day period, the invested funds are deployed into our designated projects. Therefore, any refund requests made after this timeframe will not be processed automatically. Such requests will be escalated to the Board of Directors, and a final decision will be made through a formal Board Meeting.
2. Processing & Payment Gateway Fees:
Upon approval of a refund, any service charges or processing fees incurred by third-party payment gateways (e.g., debit/credit cards, mobile banking) during the initial transaction must be borne by the investor or customer.
This gateway processing fee can be up to 3% of the total transaction amount. The applicable fee will be deducted from the principal amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
3. Product Return Policy:
Customers are strongly advised to thoroughly review product details, specifications, and terms before placing an order. We request that customers verify the product suitability prior to order confirmation and receipt.
4. Refund Processing Time:
Once a refund request is properly verified and approved, the funds will be disbursed to the investor's or customer's designated bank account or mobile financial service (MFS) account within 7 to 10 business days.
